Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MailAskari, an email-security service operated by WN Mackenjas LLC ("we", "us"). By connecting a mailbox or using the dashboard you agree to them.

By ticking the box on the sign-in page, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

MailAskari scans the mailbox you connect and warns you about suspicious messages and possible leaks of sensitive data. It detects and warns. It does not block, quarantine or delete your email.

2. Your account and permission

• You may connect only a mailbox you own or are authorized to connect.
• By connecting, you permit MailAskari to access that mailbox as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Keep your sign-in secure and tell us about any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other customers' data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. No guarantee of detection

No security tool catches everything. MailAskari may miss a threat or flag a safe message. Use your own judgment before clicking links, opening attachments or sending sensitive information. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WN Mackenjas LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses caused by a missed or incorrect detection. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Ending use

You can stop at any time with Disconnect and delete my data in the app, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Where the law, a court order or a legal claim requires us to keep certain records, we may keep them for as long as it requires, and the law takes priority over these terms. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service.

7. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell connected users. Continuing to use MailAskari after a change means you accept it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA.
